When the commission is open, please submit an application via google form.

I accept your application and put you to the waitlist.

When I am going to start working on your commission, I will take 50% of the final price as a deposit.

After you pay the deposit, I start working on the model officially. Process will be listed on my Trello.

I will send you updates once I finish some certain steps. Usually: [Eyes] → [Mouth] → [Face Angle XY] → [Head AngleXYZ] → [Expressions] → [Whole Body Angle XYZ] → [Add-ons]

After I'm done with the whole rig, I will send you watermarked, lower resolution demo file for you to test out. You can suggest changes. If you feel like there's nothing that need to be changed, then we go to the next step.

You will need to pay another 50% of the final price and I deliver you all the files.

Commission complete.

I do not accept commission requests from people under 18.

I reserve the right to deny any commission.

I do not take any payment before 1~2 days before working on your commission.

I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. Depending on the progress, you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.

When you're in the waitlist/queue, you can exit the queue for no reason. But you have to let me know that you're not going to commission with me.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device can run the content you commissioned from me. When I deliver the files, you will not be refunded because your device is unable to run some of the model's functions.

For Live2D art commissions, the payment goes: $50 as a sketch preview fee (will reduce from the final price) → 50% of the final price as a deposit before outlining → 50% of the final price as the final payment when delivery. Payment plans at the delivery stage are available.

For Live2D rig commissions, the payment goes: 50% of the final price as a deposit before I start working on the commission → 50% of the final price as the final payment when delivery. Payment plans at the delivery stage are available.

After I have started work on your commission, only partial refunds are allowed based on the progress of the work.

There are no refunds for completed commissions.

I do not accept commissions that are completely undisclosed.

If you do not choose the privacy option, I will have the right to post progress/WIP content on Twitter, or streaming while working on your commission.

If you choose the privacy option, then I not disclose anything about the commission until a date you specify. The date should not exceed 6 months.

If you have a model reveal event within 2 weeks of me starting work, I will not charge you a privacy fee and will keep it confidential until your model is completed revealed.

I reserve the right to produce images/videos of my work with your model for display and to upload them to Youtube/Twitter and my website as a showcase.

I will never distribute your commission files to any third party without your permission.

For Live2D rig commissions, you can suggest unlimited revisions when in progress. Revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge. I also offer 1 month of free minor revisions after delivery.

Please credit me as your model artist/ rigger on the platform where you use your model for content creation or streaming.

Do not use my work for any type of AI learning.

For Model art commissions, it is forbidden to register the copyright of the commissioned model art without prior notification and negotiation.

For Model art commissions, resale of Live2D model art requires negotiation.
